General Farm Worker

Job description

Employees will operate equipment with towed implements designated for feeding and bedding cattle daily. They will check the condition of water fountains and the health of the animals. They help with calving the herd and care for new born. Routine maintenance will need to be done on machinery, grounds and structures including fencing and snow removal.
Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours, other wise discouraged.

Must have/ retain a current drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Workers must have three months tractor driving with computerized monitors experience and cattle experience including fixing fence.
Must be willing to work outdoors in cold conditions when necessary.
No Educational level required.
Must be able to speak, understand and read English for safety reasons.
