General Farmworker

Job description

Employees will operate tractors with feeder wagons to feed cattle daily. Grinding hay and corn will need to be rolled. Employees will administrate vaccines and pour on for routine care of the animals. They will help calve out the herd and operate vehicles with towed equipment such as feed carts, trailers and flatbeds. Minor repairs and routine maintenance of machinery, grounds and buildings as well as fencing.

Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting. No smoking in vehicle, equipment or housing. Drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is prohibited and maybe cause for termination.
Must have a current & insurable drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Workers must have three months tractor & cattle experience.
No Educational level required.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
