Agriculture Equipment Operator

Job description

Drives and operates farm machinery such as tractors, trucks, and skid steer to perform potato farm activities such as conveyors and bin pile for loading semi-trucks or railroad cars with potatoes. They will operate the potato washer and grading tables for inspection of the potatoes and transport materials or supplies to designated locations. Routine maintenance will need to be done on all equipment and snow removal of the grounds.

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.

Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours. No Educational level required.

Must be able to read and speak English for daily record keeping.
Must have three months of tractor driving experience with towed implements, skid steers and operate computerized monitors.
