Job description
Install and plant landscape materials, lay sod, till, add soil amendments, spread mulch and fertilizer, mow, trim, edge, weed, blow leaves, dig holes with shovel, scraping/sweeping, load and unload trucks. Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
Minimum 35 up to 40 hours per week. Normal workdays Monday-Friday from 6:45am-3:45pm with 1 hour unpaid relief period. Workdays and shift time may vary with weather. Work on Saturdays and holidays may be required.
Rate of pay: $16.30 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. In Texas an overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $24.45 per hour based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of pay offered per hour. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Pay received weekly.
