Job description

Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food items for consumption; measure and mix ingredients according to recipe, using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers, tenderizers, to prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces and casseroles; maintain work area and equipment in safe and sanitary manner. May wash, peel, cut and shred vegetables and fruit to prepare them for use. Other related duties as requested by Chef or Sous Chef.

Special Requirements

Job requires 1 month related Cook experience in 4/5 Diamond establishment; Background checks conducted. Shifts vary: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm. Work week: 35 hours (5 rotating days including weekends and holidays).
