Job description
General farm worker needed for crawfish, rice & soybeans. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Rice & soybeans to include: field prep, water maintenance, planting and harvesting of crop, drive tractor. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate push crawfish boat, frequent stooping and lifting traps, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions, OT may be offered. All tools, equipment & supplies provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
