Job description
We farm 1,100 acres of pecans and 1,450 acres of alfalfa. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing/harvesting these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will be required to operate farm machinery, ie, tractors and harvest equipment. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
Special Requirements
Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
