Job description
Cut fish for bait to be used in traps when in the ponds. load bait into trucks and take to ponds; check traps; operate motorized crawfish boat; traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond. Worker then loads the crawfish sacks into truck and returns to shop; unload crawfish sacks ; check for broken levees and repair traps. Lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements & frequent stooping; working outside in inclement weather conditions; all tools, supplies & equipment are provided at no cost; housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and/or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States;
