Job description
Plant/harvest rice. Harvest crawfish Prepare ponds General farm work associated with all aspects of farming. Farm field/shed sanitation duties includes: mow grass, dig ditches, levees, fences, etc. Minor maintenance/operation of farm equipment Bait, re-bait, cutup bait, repair traps, etc. When time allows process, grade, deliver to storage or market, etc. of crawfish Must peel a minimum of 5 lbs tail meat per hour. Operator produces more than one-half of the commodity. All other duties, if assigned, will be duties as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org)

Once hired worker may be required to submit to a random drug test at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment
