Job description
Duties include but are not limited to: Maintain heated watering system. Operate snow removal equipment in order
to operate feed wagons. Mix feed and additives, fill feed troughs with feed and water for livestock. Remove ice
formed in water. Examine cattle to detect diseases or injuries; administer medications, vaccinations or insecticides
as appropriate. Confine livestock in stalls. Wash and clip them to prepare for calving; assist in calving. Castrate
livestock. Brand animals, using branding iron, to indicate ownership. Clean livestock stalls and sheds. Maintain
buildings and equipment. Maintain breeding, feeding, and cost records.
Special Requirements
Valid driver's license, clean MVR, may be required to obtain CDL
