Job description
Hog site specialist is responsible for the daily care and management of hogs including: distributing food, giving medication and vaccinations, observing animals for signs of illness, ordering feed, and loading hogs for transport. We raise pigs from weaned pigs to market. We maintain buildings and take care of the pigs. We also clean buildings and trucks used to transport hogs to market and to farms.
Special Requirements
Exposure to extreme temps. Lifting requirement of 50 lbs; repetitive movements. Require 3 months experience.
