Job description

Move soil, equipment, materials. Lay sod, mow, trim, edge, plant, water, fertilize, dig holes for plants, rake, and clean up. Cut dead or excess branches from trees or shrubs at ground-level to maintain right-of-way for roads, sidewalks, or utilities, or to improve appearance, health, and value of tree. Prune or treat trees or shrubs using handsaws, hand pruners, clippers, and power pruners. Pick up and haul branches to chipper. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Minimum 35 hours per week up to possible 48 hours per week. Normal work days Monday through Saturday from 6:30am-3:00pm, 30 min unpaid lunch. Work days and shift times may vary with weather.

$16.30/hr. Employer may increase wage based on experience and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure or may increase wages based on changes in market conditions. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $24.45 per hour based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of pay offered per hour.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Paid weekly.

Transportation provided from main worksite in Dallas County to multiple worksites in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Franklin, McLennan, Rockwall and Tarrant Counties, TX.

Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, equipment and uniform required to perform job.

Special Requirements

Post-employment/post-injury or incident drug test required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work a 5 day schedule, may include weekends and holidays. Applicants must complete an employment application.
