Farm Worker Supervisor

Temporary Seasonal Position:
All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described & must be available for entire period.

Supervisors will serve as a line leaders, floor supervisors and assist in pre-season food safety logs in the packing shed. Mechanical work on the repair, and maintenance, of machinery and equipment when needed, along with assisting with welding. Will also use forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jack and will report any issues back to management. Occasionally, workers will perform general farming duties such as weeding or picking green chili, only during downtime in the shed.
Must be able to work long hours, standing for long periods of time and in all types of weather conditions (cold, heat, wind, wet, etc.)

Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath Day. The nature of farm work may require workers to work after dark and possibly weekends depending on weather conditions. Hours offered may vary based on factors such as weather or other unpredictable variables that impact the farms operation. Billy the Kid Produce is a drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone.

Special Requirements

Each employee may supervise between 6 to 25 workers depending on the work for the day 3 Month experience required
Employer is a drug-free workplace
Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment
