Job description

This position is for a Potter Plant Grower: Perform duties like: harvesting, cleaning, watering, preparing and lifting potted plants in greenhouse setting.

Equipment: Planting tools

Crops: Annuals, Bulbs, Perennials

Special Requirements

Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers expense due to company policy. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers expense due to company policy. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
