Job description
General farm worker needed for rice, alligator & crawfish farm. Work includes field prep, water maintenance, planting, and harvesting of rice; drive tractor. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Crawfishing & Alligator involves manually cutting fish bait, baiting and checking traps, handling alligators, operate crawfish boat; frequent stooping, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
