Farm Laborer/tractor Driver

Job description

Workers will be required to perform the following duties: drive tractors to prepare fields, plant and harvest crops, shovel and drainage work, weed control, minor repair and maintenance to farm vehicles and equipment, changing farm implements on tractors, cleaning farm vehicles and equipment, cleaning and organizing the farm shop, tools, etc, keeping the yard around the shop and house clean, mowed and free of debris, including but not limited to and other general farm labor that may be required on a multi crop farm. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the worker to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers will be required to follow all safety, work and house rules.
