Agriculture Equipment Operator

Job description

Workers will transport grains to designated locations with two ton trucks and will operate seed cleaning and conditioning equipment for spring wheat, soybeans, mustard, and canola. For the months of December through April bagging of the seed will have to be done for resale to the farmers for the 2023 season. Routine maintenance will have to be done on all vehicles and equipment used as well as the grounds. This may include snow removal. Must be team player but able to work independently after given instructions.

Must have the following:
3 Months related machinery experience and operating machines for seed cleaning and treatment and agriculture background.
Retain a current and insurable drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Lift 40 pounds and work independently after given instructions.
Read, understand and speak English record keeping of inventory and for safety reasons.

Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting. No smoking in equipment, vehicles or housing. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged. NO education level is required, must be able to Read, speak and understand English for record keeping of inventory and safety reasons.
