Job description
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floor, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs.
