Job description
Using hand tools and equipment workers will prune, thin, and trim cottonwood (grown for logging purposes) and fruit trees according to supervisor's instructions and cultivate soybeans. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Three months of farm work experience required. Work outside in adverse weather conditions including hot, cold and/or wet weather; lift and carry up to 50 lbs including 3 inch diameter limbs; walk, bend, reach and run limb saws for extended periods of time. Drug testing is conducted post-hire at the employer's expense and is not part of the interview process.
