Job description

Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, drill, to tractor. Run sprayer and grain bin. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Put in leave gates operation. Work with poly pipe. Lubricate, service (check fluids), and incidental repair to farm machinery and vehicles. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area.

Crops: Corn, Rice, Soy Beans

Equipment: Combines, tractors, grain trucks

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
