Job description

Job Duties may include: loading and unloading of trucks; cutting and handling of bait; weighing and tagging of crawfish; pallet crawfish; preparing crawfish for processing; washing, grading, and sorting of crawfish; obtaining/distributing crawfish/product; package crawfish; move crawfish; pick/remove trash/foreign matter or waste products; dump containers and/or sacks; fill baskets, boxes, sacks, tables, etc; label crawfish; lift/carry; transport product to vehicles; separate/sort; process, purge, pregrade crawfish; prepare crawfish/product for market/sale; examine product to meet specifications; ice down, refrigerate, and/or freeze crawfish/product; maintain records related to all crawfish processes/duties; rinse/purge crawfish; cleanup, sanitize, and maintain of worksite, crawfish trucks, and equipment.

Special Requirements

Valid Drivers License Required
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Including 1-60 minute unpaid lunch break
