Job description
The nature of the job duties to be performed by the Farm Laborer consist of preparing fields for the upcoming planting season by mowing, irrigating, and tending to fields, planting the yellow corn crop, operating custom harvesting machines to harvest yellow corn crops, conducting appropriate crop maintenance, having mechanical skills and performing machinery, truck and trailer maintenance, and drive trucks to transport product to elevator or storage areas.
