Job description
Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS (including John Deere Greenstar systems) such as tractor, combine, sprayer for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, storing, harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as soybeans, corn, cotton; operate forklift; monitoring crop condition and moisture availability; assisting with operating irrigation systems for watering crops, including using shovel to ensure proper drainage; lifting and moving bags of seed, fertilizer; adjust settings of machinery; driving farm vehicle to obtain inputs; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite
