Job description
Operating large farm equipment for rice seed production; operating large tractors for tilling, fertilizing, rice planters for planting and harvesting of rice seed; walking fields to pull off-type plants; control water levels on rice fields per different stages of growth; assist with harvesting of rice; cleaning and drying and maintain accurate field and dryer records for seed; monitor moisture content of rice; bagging and shipping of rice seed using SASTAKE grain scan master to remove off-type/off-color seed; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
