Job description

Fishing crawfish pond, building and maintaining crawfish traps, manually cut fish bait, bait traps, harvest crawfish, re bait traps, grading crawfish sacks, reseeding crawfish ponds & maintaining water in crawfish pond. Pick up traps and prepare for storage and store traps after harvest. General farm labor including tractor driving, working on a sugarcane farm, preparing fields for planting grain, planting grain, harvesting grain, etc. shovel work, cleaning equipment, etc. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
