Agricultural Equipment Operator

Job description

We farm 10,000 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans. Employees will be required to operate farm machinery in the field, drive a semi truck, dump grain in to grain bins, load grain into tailer, and haul grain to storage location. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.

***Please note that for 2024 and all future years, we will file for a February 6 starting date to cover our entire crop season.

Special Requirements

Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion. Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and employee must be able to obtain a CDL or equivalent within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
