Job description
We need seasonal employees to plant, spray, apply pesticides/fertilizers and harvest crops. These crops include corn, wheat, and alfalfa. Employees will help in alfalfa operation by swath, rake and pick up bales. Help with daily equipment maintenance including washing. Employees will work with irrigation equipment and systems. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Must have a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Employer will conduct random drug test at no cost to the employee since it is a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
