Job description
Drive tractors and have a general knowledge of farming. Operate large precision farm equipment for irrigation, plowing, and harvesting crops. Perform mechanical repair and maintenance. Must have or be able to obtain driver’s license 30 days post hire 3 months min. experience required with basic literacy reading and math skills. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
