Job description
We need seasonal employees to assist in all aspects of crop farming, planting, spraying, harvesting, hauling grain and grain quality control. Employees will complete general field maintenance, equipment maintenance and general repair. Assist with livestock, monitoring and care, livestock equipment maintenance like gates, fences, and other related duties. Must be comfortable operating heavy farming equipment. Must have strong mechanical and trouble shooting ability. Must have consistent and logical decision making and problem-solving skills. Must have a good work ethic. Must be willing to work extended hours during busy season. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion.
Special Requirements
Must have a CDL or equivalent or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Must be able to lift 75lbs. Require a high school diploma or GED and 3 months experience.
