Job description
Run animals into shoot; operate stun gun on animals; dropping, lifting, pushing, pulling animals and animal parts to bed, table and other surfaces or containers; eviscerate animals and remove hide, split and trim animals; bone carcasses; process animal feet and skins, place meat in bins; pack and organize cold freezer; check truck inventory; lift inventory; weigh holding bins; operate electric jack and other equipment for moving carcasses and meat; document details of incoming and outgoing meat products; pack meat boxes; arrange filled boxes unto pallets
Special Requirements
Must be able to perform the duties of the job, after on-the-job training
Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
