Ag Equipment Operator

Job description

Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops and Seed corn. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Running some Irrigation systems. Primary & Secondary tillage. Running Sprayers and grain carts. Keep equipment washed and put away when done.

Equipment: CASE 620 QUAD TRACKS, CASE 380 1/2TRACKS, CASE 380 WHEELS, CASE 500 ROW TRACKS, CASE 8250 COMBINE, MILLER 4275, SPRAYER, MILLER 4365 SPRAYER, JD 8345 RT, FORD PICKUP'S, GMC PICKUP'S, PETERBUILT SEMIS'S, FIELD CULTIVATORS, PRO TILL,CASE SPEED TILLER, CASE 2150 PLANTER'S, VOLLY PIVOT'S, ZUMATIC PIVOT'S.

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
