Job description
Employees will operate farm machinery to perform crop activities such as seeding, spraying and harvesting. Employees will perform maintenance on equipment, clean equipment and will haul grain commodities from field to grain bins/elevators. Maintain farm buildings and do infield repairs. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion.
Special Requirements
Employer can require domestic and foreign applicants to complete a criminal background check and a drug screen post-hire on first day of employment at employer's expense. Require 3 months experience and a regular drivers license.
We require drug testing to ensure a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Post-hire background checks will be conducted, and no employee will be hired with a violent/theft criminal background history to ensure the safety of family and employees. This is a requirement for all domestic and foreign workers.
