Job description
Manual farm labor, including but not limited to irrigation, cleaning equipment, operating heavy machinery, repairing machinery, and overall maintenance of the farm. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Must have 3 months experience in operation and maintenance of farm equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Once hired worker must pass criminal background check and may be required to submit to a random drug test at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
