Job description
Load and unload ag inputs including seeds, chemical, fertilizer and supplies. Keep inventory of warehouse,
keeping warehouse building, floors and outdoor yards in an orderly manner. Operate self-propelled fertilizer
equipment and ground spraying equipment. Materials and supplies will need to be delivered to on-site designated
locations. Perform routine maintenance to all equipment used, structures and grounds, including mowing grass
and snow removal. Must be self motivated and a team player.
Employees must have a valid driver's license with CDL Endorsement or capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Cell
phone usage is limited to operational business related calls only. No texting. No smoking in vehicles, equipment or
housing. Drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is totally prohibited and terms for dismissal of job
position. No educational level required and must be able to lift 50 pongs. Required 3 months self-propelled
sprayer, forklift and skid steer operating experience.
