Job description

Workers will be utilized to help cultivate, plant, grow, harvest and process the sweet potato crop. This could include all of the following, operating tractors to prepair the land, cutting and boxing sweet potato vines, transplanting the vines using a mechanical transplanter or by hand, repairing and cleaning the housing, repairing the wooden potato bins with hammers and or nail guns, they will maintain the area around the housing and farm by cutting and weed eating the grass using riding mower and weed eater. They will walk fields and pull grass and weeds from the potato plants, they will operate trucks or forklifts if needed. Harvest will be done using a mechanical harvester and buckets if needed.
