Job description

Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate crops. Tow harvesting equipment. Maintain and operate center pivot irrigation systems and diesel power units. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and incidental repair to farm machinery. Building/ farm maintenance. Drive semi tractor trailer to deliver crops to market and dairies.

Crops: Alfalfa, Corn

Equipment: Tractor, Combine, Grain Trucks

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
