Job description

Employees will drive tractors and operate towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize such as corn and millet. Crops raised for forage for the animals will need to be cut, raked and baled. They will deliver materials, supplies or feed to designated locations. Minor maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, structures and grounds. Workers will help with the calving of the cattle herd and care of the animals. Employees must be able to work independently after given instructions, must be self motivated and be a team player.

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in housing unit, machinery or vehicles. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours otherwise discouraged.

No Educational level required. Cattle experience is necessary as well as fixing fence.
Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized scale monitors for feeding cattle.
