Job description

Workers will be required to prepare fields for planting sugarcane, during planting and during harvest, spraying for weed control, shovel and drainage work, field sanitation duties, minor repair and maintenance and cleaning farm vehicles equipment, general farm labor such as cleaning shop, housing yards at the office and house as well as any general farm labor duties may arise in the operation of a sugarcane farm. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
