Job description
Workers will be handpicking, sorting, grading, carrying, cleaning, stacking, sorting boxes, boxing, dumping blueberries by
color and ripeness. Workers may lift up to 60 lbs. Workers will be expected to conform to the specific instructions given for each days work. Instructions and general supervision will be provided by the employer or a designated employer. Workers will be expected to perform their duties in a timely and proficient manner and will have close supervision to ensure adherence to instructions. Tools will be provided to the workers at no cost by the employer. Work in inclement weather (rain, heat, cold, hot, humid) weather may fluctuate work hours (+/-); possible
downtimes. $13.67/hour 35 hours a week.

Special Requirements
The employer will only conduct a drug test only if the worker (employee) is in a work-related accident. The drug testing will be at the employers expense. If the worker fails the drug test or refuses the drug testing, this will be probable cause for termination of employment.
