Job description

Workers will be working on a blueberry harvester. They will be harvesting, loading berries in lugs, and stacking lugs on trailers/trucks. Also, workers will be pruning, cleaning, weeding, and planting blueberries. Workers will also be cleaning equipment/tractors, digging ditches, fixing irrigation pipes, and any other farm repairs needed to be completed. Workers will need to lift up to 60 lbs. Workers will also be taking cuttings, filling pots, sticking cuttings, potting rooted cuttings, fertilizing, weeding plants in bark, along with growing out beds. Workers must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all areas. All tools needed will be provided at no cost to the workers.

Special Requirements

Workers must have good hand/eye coordination; workers must be able to stand for long periods of time; workers must be able to stand intense exposure to the sun for long periods of time.
