Job description
Workers will perform manual labor for hothouse/greenhouse tomato, strawberry and cucumber crop work in all stages. Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Duties may vary from time to time. The activities will be performed under extreme weather conditions and physical conditions including but not limited to prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, heavy lifting (up to 25 lbs.), and working in extremely hot and/or cold weather. All work must be performed according to operation standards. (Continued in Addendum C.)
