Job description
Job duties include sorting, washing, grading, purging, inspecting, weighing, and tagging of live crawfish; preparing and packaging crawfish for sale or consumption; icing/freezing crawfish; packaging, boxing, loading, and unloading of trucks; cleaning up, sanitizing, and maintenance of worksite and equipment.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. Extensive pushing or pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements are required.
