Job description
Prepare construction sites to ensure maximum optimization of construction work procedures. Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Dig ditches or trenches using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes. Install sewer, water, or storm drain pipes. Place traffic signs to warn traffic of construction in process. Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools. Load and unload building materials, machinery, or tools. Operate hand and power tools of all types per instructions. Mix, pour, or spread concrete as instructed.
Special Requirements
The employee must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grasp, speak, communicate, and see. Manual dexterity and ability to lift loads of 50 pounds is required. Employee will also need to be able to climb up and down a ladder. All employees will be drug tested before hire.
