Job description
Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants. This includes peeling, chopping, slicing, dicing, wrapping, storing consolidating, poaching, shocking, and mixing vegetables, as well as grilling, searing, and braising other food. Additional duties include cleaning the kitchen after each shift.
Special Requirements
The petitioner will consider any person for employment who possesses at least six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.

Work schedule can vary and can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Sample Shifts: 8am 3pm or 2pm 9pm. Shifts vary.
