Job description
Job requires operating farm equipment including, but not limited to, tractors with various implements and semi-trucks to till soil; prepare and maintain fields; and plant, fertilize, harvest, and transport crops to storage area. Job also requires performing mechanical repair and maintenance, repairing and maintaining farm buildings and structures, and repairing and maintaining fences. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. Pay increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Must have or be able to obtain CDL drivers license within 30 days after hire. Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
