Job description
Perform duties on a farm for a farmer like: Drive/operate equipment such as GPS autosteer
systems and skid-steer loader for liquid and dry manure management; attach implements;
perform removal, pumping, application, and treatment of manure. Clear and maintain irrigation
ditches. Clean and maintain yards, grounds, and facilities. Record information about liquid
manure management. Repair, lubricate, and maintain equipment and pumps. May need to
change oil, equipment disassembly and reassembly, welding, fabricating and sanding/grinding.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing
up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Overtime and taking holiday
is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other
benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers expense due
to the liability of driving trucks on public roads. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment.
