Job description
use hand & power tools to install & maintain lawn landscape & lawns. Mow, cut, water, edge lawns; rake and blow leaves; dig holes & trenches using hand tools,with a max depth and width of 3 ft, to install sprinkler systems and/or plant, lay sod & plant. Pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch. Involves bending, stooping, lifting and stretching on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs often, work in extreme weather conditions. Possibility of performance based raise, bonus, overtime and Saturdays. 1 hr non paid lunch. Transportation provided to worksites from central location in Lafeyette, LA. Must pass employer paid post hire drug test. Must pass employer paid post hire background check. Employer may assist with finding and/or securing housing.
