 Prepares/cooks food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper
portioning, and food prep logs/tools;
 Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with
time & temperature;
 Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or
practices;
 Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate actions to maintain that quality;
 Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide
a safe environment for all;
 Mop Kitchen and dining room area throughout the day as needed and at closing time;
 Empty trash as needed;
 Help put away truck deliveries;
 Wash Dishes throughout the day and at closing time;
 Use of knives and dicing equipment;
 Fry chips as needed at the beginning of the day;
 Greet all guests when they enter the restaurant;
 Prepare the cooked food for the customers as they walk down the line and select what
they want on their burrito/quesadilla, etc.;
 Clean, organize, and restock all stations;
 Clean utensils, equipment, walls and floors;
 Perform other tasks as directed by management;
 Clean Bathrooms as needed; and
 General cleaning and pickup outside of restaurant as needed.

Special Requirements

Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
