Job description
The line cook will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants.
Special Requirements
The petitioner will consider any person for employment who possesses at least six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.

Work hours: 40 hrs/wk. The work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Shift hours may vary as follows: 8 am-4 pm; 2 pm 10 pm; 12 pm 8 pm; 5 pm 1 am.
