Job description

Job requires operating large farm equipment including, but not limited to, tractors with various implements and semi-trucks to till soil; prepare and maintain land; and plant, fertilize, harvest, and transport crops to elevators and storage areas. Job will also require having mechanical abilities, performing mechanical repair and maintenance on equipment, regularly cleaning and servicing equipment, and maintaining proper field conditions for optimal crop growth. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. Pay increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.

Special Requirements

Farm vehicles will be operated on public roads, so applicant must have or be able to obtain drivers license within 30 days after hire.
